Complete DWV system including venting through roof

Gas lines for water heater, range, dryer, HVAC

Whether fixtures are by allowance or specific models included

Backflow preventer and annual testing (commercial)

Floor drains in mechanical rooms, restrooms, kitchens

Connection to existing sewer main or septic

Connection to city water main, meter, and backflow

Grease trap for commercial kitchen (if applicable)

Plumbing permit, rough and final inspections

Pipe insulation for hot water lines, condensation prevention

Clean-out access points per code at required locations

Exterior hose connections / sillcocks

Core drilling through concrete for pipe penetrations
