Prime and paint all new and existing walls per color schedule

Prime and paint ceilings (may be flat white vs. wall color)

Paint or stain doors, door frames, base trim, crown molding

Specified number of coats (typically 1 primer + 2 finish)

Specified brand (Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore) and product line

Additional colors beyond standard — each color change adds cost

Exterior walls, siding, fascia, soffits, and trim

Sanding, patching, caulking, and priming before paint

Wood staining and polyurethane on exposed wood

Textured finishes, Venetian plaster, metallic paint

Masking of floors, fixtures, glass, and hardware

Scaffolding or lifts for areas above standard ladder height

Touch-up painting after other trades complete work

Garage, mechanical room, or warehouse floor coatings

Paint cleanup, drop cloth removal, and waste disposal
