Copper refrigerant lines for split systems

Bathroom, kitchen, and mechanical room exhaust

Fresh air intake for ventilation (code required)

Insulation wrap on ductwork in unconditioned spaces

Dampers at rated wall and floor penetrations

Air balancing and commissioning of HVAC system

Condensate drain lines and pump (if needed)

Final electrical connections (may be by electrician — clarify)

Crane rental for rooftop equipment placement

Mechanical permit, rough and final inspections

System startup, refrigerant charge verification, performance test

Equipment and labor warranty terms
